Good activity for kids
Sep 2020 • Family
Crew members very friendly and very knowledgeable about activities there..safety is their main concern..theres trampoline climbing flying fox mini bungee jump slide for kids high rope merry go round etc.. i would say the most complete family activity centre in the vicinity of klang valley.. probably a bit pricey😁😁other than that the place is great u can enter multiple times in a day..basically u can enjoy the facilities throughout the day.. go out for lunch or light food and re enter..

Nice place but some issues
Aug 2020 • Family
Nice place for teenagers and adults. Not really good for young kids.

The management at District 21 should “not” be charging for same price for kids as adults as the kids cannot go on most of the attractions on offer. This is due to height and weight restrictions. Hence, very unfair pricing and non-logical.

Some of the staff are not so friendly, especially as it was the first time for us and hence important to settle your nerves in some of the attractions like the “Free fall”. The staff member asked us to simply jump and I felt he was not so happy.

My young 5 year old daughter was doing the kids adventure course (next to the Ninja course) but she become stuck in one of the parts and rather than take her to the zip-line part (which was so close to her) and which she wanted to do, the local staff simply asked her to go back out. I asked the staff to let my daughter do the zip/line but they simply said she she needs to do the whole course. The staff need to be more proactive and offer assistance rather than stand and chit-chat with each other.

Once is enough, we would not really go again.

Prepare for aches and pains the following day.

Amazing for tweens
Jul 2020
I took my 10 year old daughter + 2 friends there on 11 Jul as a birthday treat. Superb experience, I think this is one of the best indoor playlands in the whole of Malaysia. It has a good mix of trampolines, climbing and rides (e.g tubing).

Kid’s Paradise
Mar 2020 • Family
The kids love the place with lots of obstacles games to go thru. They had fun jumping on the huge trampolines. For those who are more adventurous, should try the adults games eg. free fall, glider, high rope course. This is my kids third time here and they still want to come back again.

'Dangerous' Indoor Adventure Park
Dec 2019 • Family
Came here on 30 December 2019. 5 adults and 5 kids. There are about 10 features and they look quite 'threatening' to the fainthearted.

Unfortunately for those weighing more than 80kg and those shorter than 155cm, several features would not be available.

We paid about RM68 per person. This is with certain package deals from Wonderfly. Those coming on their birthday month gets a buy one free one.

Fun but lack maintenance.Staff are rude
Dec 2019
Game is fun but maintenance not so good and some of the staff are rude. Maybe they tired but they not supposed to show their rude manner. We paid for the fun, help us go on for it. Not pushing or forcing or yelling

Rude and Ignorant Staff
Dec 2019
Go there for teambuilding so basically need to buy the corporate ticket. We just simply have instructor and activities planned by the staff there. Unfortunately, the staff can walk away from the activity and check another place when our activity is running so basically the marks is not fair. Okay. Then I asked one of the staff to hold my phone since I want to play something (since its a game) and I need to bring the phone for the photos. They asked me to put the phone on the floor. Seriously, you asked me to put Galaxy Note 10 on that floor? If anything happens, can the staff pay for it? Just hold it like not more than 4 mins. Is it difficult to do? I won't even dare to put Nokia 3310 on that floor okay? I even heard they simply yelling to the customer and being sarcastic. Wow, this is the new whole level of rudeness. This is my first and last go there la, better go to Sunway Lagoon and enjoy everything.

Send your rude staff for training!
Dec 2019 • Family
I must refer to 689azizaa’s review back in Jan 2019 as almost the exact same thing happened to my son and his cousins. Of course we cannot generalise as some staff were very good but it’s the few bad apples that can spoil the whole experience.

In particular were the staff at the start of the Ninja and the one who was meant to supervise the Flying Fox but couldn’t be bothered. If you don’t like working with kids or people in general then don’t work here at all!

Birthday Offer
Sep 2019 • Couples
We redeemed the birthday offer at the gate- so was free for my husband who was celebrating his bday. I was worried since i am quiet heavy I wont be able to enjoy the place but lots of options are there. I especially enjoyed the maze. Powerstation with climbing allows only very short time though. The sky trail was too hard for me ( the first task with the rope walk is the hardest).

There is also a combo offer with the ice skating ring, seems worth it.

Family trip to District 21
Aug 2019 • Family
Was a good outing with family. My wife and I went there with our 3 daughters at 7, 11 and 15 years old respectively. Firstly there was a pleasant surprise that if you had someone with birthday in the month of visit, then you qualify for 1 for 1 ticket FOC. Overall, it was good fun as there were games for all type of ages and we had a good 3.5 hours enjoyment
