Enjoyed it all. I expected to be in a party but actually I had an individual guide.
Make sure you take a few ringgit with you since there are extras you can pay for such as parascending, jet skiing, sea walking and banana boating. It's unlikely you can do them all in one trip. I just did the parascending.
After you've done it once I think you can just buy boat tickets to the various islands.
Also very easy to get sunburn when snorkelling so sensible to take a skinsuit, or at least a tee shirt you can wear in the water and some good sunblock.

I had a Disappointing experience. It was just me on the tour, no one else despite waiting for others to join.
Guide started off friendly then wasn't and was actually quite rude and didn't seem to have any idea about the itinerary and was relying on another person to tell him.
There was no tour - he bought my ticket, and that was about it. Then sent me off in a grab without even a goodbye at the end!Needs to work on his customer service and social skills. Lunch was cold and below average, would have preferred to have hot lunch and bought it on the day. The day itself was impacted by the guide and his attitude, and I left feeling like I paid a lot of money for a poor experience.

I arrived lately in night, so woke up so late next day, but TYH Borneo still arrange for a tour from my hotel to 02 beautiful beaches with *sea walking* best experience that I can touch a clown fish in a small sea-flower! That a amazing experience even quite short and the cameraman's photos/video clips were not good enough with its fact. Even that I had a beautiful day with TYH guide girl Isabel in rain afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyed this visit to the Klias River. The eco guide was very knowledgeable about the different habitats and behaviour of the proboscis monkeys and we managed to see quite a few families of monkeys along the river bank. Then it's back to the jetty for a simple but delicious home cooked dinner. After nightfall, we were back at the river and were able to spot thousands of fireflies up in the trees. It was truly magical.

We had a great trip there. So much to see and to taste. Keeping the culture of the native tribes alive is of great benefit for the current and future generations. Our tour guide, Kimberley was a warm and great guide, from our pick up point to the end of the trip. Shahril, our guide at Mari Mari was excellent in his knowledge, quick wit and cheerfulness. We had a great time and take back with us many good memories.

Our 4D3N Sabah tour itinerary was arranged by TYH Borneo Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd. It was well arranged and we had a very enjoyable and memorable holiday. We visited many places and the most rewarding ones were the canopy walk, viewing the Rafflesia and train ride to Papar! We had an excellent tour guide, Mr Chin Chee Vui who is efficient, competent, patient, friendly and helpful and thus made our trip enjoyable n satisfying! We had an experienced and careful driver, Encik Hasim. A big applause and thank you to Mr Chin Chee Vui and Encik Hasim! I will definitely recommend TYH Borneo Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd to my relatives n friends.

Tour arranged by TYH borneo was great. Whole trip was smooth and well arranged. Recommend to stay a night if travelling to Kundasang. However, word of advise to avoid staying at Magellan as its reputation is overrated.
