I can understand why this mall is very popular for locals. There are a lot of food and shops but the choices are not very fancy. Super market is big but you can’t bring a shopping bag in.

Good Food Court

Only came to this mall for the food court with friends. A large range of food at affordable prices. Some places have english menu's, but not all staff spoke english here, so be prepared to do a bit of pointing

Nice Mall

Went to have a look around after a day at Sapi Islan...The mall seemed nice..had Starbucks,Jollibee, have Secret Recipe, bubble tea and more eating options. Shopping there is ok and cheap too. Didn't spend too much time.

Good food and supermarket inside the mall!

The food courts offer a lot of choices of yummy food, that are Indian food, Indonesian food, Korean food, chinese food, some local food and more. If you looking for more local items, go to Servay Premier to see more stuff locally and international.

I have been to all shopping malls in kk and this one is just average. I couldn't find any good shorts I was looking for. Prices weren't as cheap as I hoped. I was approached by guy selling iPhone. And many massage people.

Starbucks at Palm Square

I want to make a complaint about the Starbucks at Palm Square. I have visited this Starbucks twice this past month. Both times the young man taking my order and my husband’s order has used very inappropriate language while customers around. Not just used filthy language but was very loud and obnoxious. Words that I don’t want to hear and I definitely don’t want my children to hear. When he first spoke like this around me I told him he was out of line and shouldn’t use such a foul/dirty mouth while working with the public. My husband went here yesterday and had the same exact thing happen to him. Please Starbucks do something to educate your employees to not speak with filthy language. It needs to stop.

Dear strums4him, First and foremost, we would like to thank you and your family for patronizing our mall, Centre Point Sabah. We are truly regret on the inconvenience that you've experienced with one of our tenant here in the mall, namely Starbucks. The management agree that in a professional mannerism, inappropriate languages should be avoided. Therefore, we have met with the Starbucks Palm Square outlet, Mr. Khai to highlight this matter. He assured us to look into this and will include it as one of the agenda on their upcoming staff meeting. Moving forward, he plan to conduct regular in-house training for his staff as well. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We hope you and your family will continue to visit Centre Point Sabah and we will always warmly welcome your visit. Centre Point has all the shops and extremely affordable shopping in Kota Kinabalu. You can find everything from electronics to clothes, food to souvenirs and all at cheap prices. Budget shopping for the budget conscious.
