Imago mall is an easy drive or by grab costing us about Rm 6 from the Kota Kinabalu international Airport. It’s a spacious, clean mall with lots of international brands -Coach, H&M, Cotton on, etc. I also love the fact that it houses the local...More

I was told this mall was opened in late 2016 and I believe it is the best shopping mall in KK. It has some brand name shops such as Coach, H&M, Michael Kors, L’Occitane, Kiehl’s and so on. Other big names such as Gucci, LV,...More

This is the biggest shopping mall I had visited during my KK vacation. It’s is so big that the design confuse me as I lost my way when I approached to a new wing.

Best shopping in KK but the parking system is such a nightmare. Entrance and exit point at the same area. Was in a standstill while parking, and another standstill when getting out. My advise is not to drive here. Just take a Grab or Uber.

The shopping mall is totally western standard with lot of international brands and a huge selection of eateries. Prices are affordable and staff speak good English so tourists can easily communicate. The archery place is real fun.

It's a pretty good mall to spend time, away from the heat. Many eateries, Parkson is there and other good brands. There was a cultural dance performance while we were there. Cool.

This is a good mall with good quality shops & food outlets, but it is plagued by the ineffective managment. The carpark is one of the worse in KK, cars are parked illegally at free will, narrow turning corners, constantly jammed up during weekend/public holiday,...More

Yes it's a mall, and me being not so fond of shopping, I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I did! We saw a movie, tried archery on the top floor along with blowpipes, drank a cold coconut (also top floor!) and...More

Imago opens at 10am if you want breakfast at that time. There are a few stalls selling the standard malaysian fare like roti canai, mee goreng and nasi lemak just across the street from Imago. There is a 24h Nasi kandar... More

Didn't see any. But if it's only for a (really) short while like 10-15 mins, I think the Customer Service desk wouldn't mind
