I have been regular at Borneo Medispa Kuching, few years already have been here and have been renewed my package for few times .. doing my monthly BB Glow Facial with Jenny, she is the best ... her hands are so nice and really can feel it during the face massage and she will extract one by one of the whitehead on my face... anyone that will be new to experience the facial here, please ask for Jenny, she is the best.

So, i have been taking packages with them since their opening, the problem with it is that the sessions get shorter and shorter and only certain staff will massage certain clients. Those very popular and important clients get better treatment. Their staff do not explain the packages to you either, i had to ask the questions to get the answers, i find it unprofessional. Their promotions are always the same, which means its not a promotion rather their normal price.

Promised a 75 minutes facial but end up not even come to 75 minutes. The beauty assistant was very harsh on my skin. Promotional price is a trick.

Had a wonderful facial here. Everytime I brought my friends and family here, they are always satisfied. The treatment are the best, they offer many treatments that is suitable for your concern. The staffs are friendly and professional as they analyse your skin and focus on your concern. Definitely the best facial in town!

Visited Borneo Medispa Kuching with my husband and we were greeted with a warm welcome and pleasant environment. They started our facial session with a 3D facial analysis and consultation and recommended to us a suitable facial. We enjoyed their hollywood facial so much. Immediately feel refreshed and glowing after the facial. The detox massage was the best but the most unforgettable part is definitely the GOLD mask. I feel like a queen! Will definitely return for another round and is highly recommended! I trust in their tag line, best facial in town indeed!
