Had a great experience - fell asleep during the massage! Therapy was clean and looked new.
Aircon is a bit too powerful, and I had to pay in cash because their credit card system was down.

One of my reasons for always staying at Pullman in Kuching is because of this spa. Visited them again after a long day of work and they didn’t disappoint. My therapist, Nelly, was great and always made sure I was comfortable. Will visit again the next time I’m back in Kuching.

Good day with a good massage package by nelly, she has good skills & know how to use it. Came back with foot package also by nelly (as i requested), its excellent! Good price with good service by her. Really worth for your money. Good job nelly, Thank you.

I’ve had some bad massages in my time, let me tell you that. But NONE like this. Honestly, it was horrendous. After being wrapped in 5 towels like a corpse about to be embalmed, the therapist proceeded to descend upon me with cold, bony hands and absolutely no experience in any form of massage WHATSOEVER. She may as well have worked in a video store. Her knowledge of the human anatomy was laughable; she struggled to locate a single muscle on my back at any point. All of my vertebrae were, however, poked and scratched like a cat clawing at a tapestry.
After 10 minutes of cringing and attempting to patiently redirect the woman, I hit my limit. It was all over within 15 minutes, and that was 14 minutes too long. Oh, but the tea was lovely.

Lovely area with relaxing atmosphere. Accor members get 25% discount which made their prices on par with other spas outside the Pullman.
Wonderful service and Douglas and the lovely lady who the staff call ‘mum’ (sorry I forgot your name). Nothing was too much trouble and the on tap ginger and lemongrass tea was divine.
The foot massage was fantastic - and they were also happy to include a short hand massage and ended with a quick back massage. A perfect way to end the day!

I love the ambient, the music, and most of all, the masseur whom I have tried so many times from the first year of opening Fitspa is NELLY. She has the most friendly, professional, positive attitude. I always request for her (NELLY) when i have business trip .Her massage techniques always gets me to relax after my session. As a frequent gym goer, I often weights lifting and NELLY has strong execution in applying pressure to my sore muscles. I have tried many masseurs at various places and I could say that no one could replace NELLY’s service. 👍 I give her (NELLY) 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a much tiring week for my wife and I, a massage was all we needed and Fit & Spa definitely gave us a great one! Douglas and Dece were our masseurs and they did a splendid job.
