I ranked this cave a 4 instead of 5 just because it is not that large. Please note that you enter by many stairs, so must have a decent fitness level. The cave is a bit out of the city so you will need transportation....More

Whether you're an adventure seeker or just out to visit and see something different, this cave is worth the climb and visit, even if you are like me, manage to climb up only to the middle and feeling such shame when you see grannies and...More

The steps are very steep just up to the caves and once inside there are some more very narrow ones. There is only a rope to hold on to which is wet and covered in Bat droppings. The caves are amazing once you are inside...More

Be prepare to climb up the steep stairs. Do bring a headlight along. From there you will be treated with an amazing view on the top.

I took a bike as otherwise it is complicated to get there and involves 2 buses and a longish walk. The entrance is through a 3 storeyed staircase upwards and then more stairs when finaly to arrive to a huge semi open hall. Stunning!!!

Location is about a hour drive from Kuching, depending on the traffic. With little fee, the cave is worth a visit. First, you need to claim a six flight stair, unless you are weak in knee, it is actually not difficult. However, once you step...More

It looked a bit run down with the entrance consisting of a dirty concrete structure that holds a long staircase up to the entrance. All of that is forgotten once inside the caves, quite awesome, much bigger than you would imagine a cave could be....More

Equip yourself with a powerful flashlight so that you can clearly see interesting rock formations, the stalagmites and the stalactites. Such curious features are basically what the whole cave is all about. Dress with common sense. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably loose, long pants, light long...More

The Fairy Cave is harder to reach, but is more scenic. The wind cave has micro bats is is not a photo friendly area.
