We went there as a group of two adults and 4 young children. We are neither football nor pool players but we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The friendly "referees" briefed us on the rules of the game at the start and were always around to assist whenever required. The fees for the game were reasonable but can get a bit expensive once rental of shoes are added in. Remember to bring your socks (or you will have to buy a pair at the counter). All in, great fun for an hour or two and since it's indoor, great when the sun is too hot or on rainy days.…

I went there with my gf. The game and the concept is fun. But the balls aren't really rounded and they don't move straight. For me As a guy who plays both football and pool this was kinda frustrating. But it worth trying for one time.

Response from Ryan S, Owner at Snook - Snookball Game Center

That's unfortunate that you had a dissatisfied experience. We would like to highlight that Snookball cannot be compared to football or pool, as Snookball does require a different set of skills and technique to kick and pocket the balls properly. There is indeed a learning curve which is why we do have several referees available for rules explanation and training. Our refs do commonly demonstrate advanced technique for the players that seek additional knowledge of the game (especially adding the proper spin). In regards to the balls, every morning we inflate and check each of the balls to make sure they are prepared for optimal play. If there was indeed a problem with one of the balls, we would firstly like to apologise about that. We spend a lot of time to prepare the gaming equipment as best as possible. If we would have known, we would have switched out the problem ball with a brand new ball. If you do choose to visit us again, please let us know on the spot if there is a problem, we would fix it instantly. We are truly sorry and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

My friends and I was looking for a new weekend activity, then we found Snookball - a combination of pool and football/soccer with numbered soccer balls replacing the standard billiard balls .. The game is not hard to play (you don't need to be very good in pool or football .. It is impossible not to have a blast when playing .. A new hang out place for me with friends during the free time :)…

The idea of using footballs to play pool has a real appeal. You pay per table but for younger children wouldn't recommend more than 4 players per table. Although you are using your feet it's much closer to playing pool rather than football. For younger children it takes out the fumbling with a cue. It isn't a full on playground so isn't as tiring as 5-a-side It's definitely a novelty that will amuse the kids for an hour! …

Fun affordable game in a safe, comfy environment with cool music too! My nephew and nieces enjoyed the game very much! It's physical, mental and creativity combined. Brilliant concept!
