Ten Years Restaurant is excellent. Jaya Grocer is also popular, Convenient location with internal LRT Station. A quiet, under-appreciated mall.

Small community mall. Not much business. Anchor tenant H&M just closed their premise. Jaya grocer doing ok for the residents of sorrounding apartments

This mall is so convenient especially for the nearby residents like myself! Jaya Grocer is the biggest attraction here. There’s also FOS, Niki Cains, Hyakuland (like a mini Daiso) as well as restaurants and eateries. It’s also near Ara Damansara LRT. A much under-rated mall as you can find good bargains at the numerous warehouse sales that are always being held here.

The only thing making money in this mall are the coffee places and that gives them so much freedom that they have indoor smoking. This cheapers the place massively

Mall gives u a lonely and deserted feel.. huge space but empty shops and less crowd.. there are a large number of eateries.. enormous parking slots.. only place where u can find people is the jaya grocer store..

Please bring your money good enough to this mall due to only one arm machine and it's not working. Need to drive to cottage mall for money withdrawal and it is nearest ATM it had. Totally rubbish. Please close it.

Not many stores yet, but a number or eateries. Quite convenient for nearby residents. Cheap parking fee. Ample parking lots. Nice toilets adn spacious prayer room for the Muslims. Easy access from the lrt station.

Use to come here for the loco boutique but it's no longer situated here . But frequent to Peninsula Chinese restaurant for dim sum . There's a Jaya grocer at basement , h&m still around . But a lot of shop lot is quite empty .

The mall is 2/3 empty with mostly eateries on the ground floor. It however has H&M, Cotton On, FOS and Jaya Grocer among its tenants. It however has some good warehouse sales in the foyer from time to time. However, due to lack of shoppers, i don't see this mall making it unless the management bucks up on its A&P.

Not a new mall no more but the tenant mix is still half empty. I'm sure the Leasing team is trying their best and the downturn economy is not helping either including so many neighborhood Malls popping up in the Klang Valley. With H&M being one of the main anchor tenant, looks like the pull factor is daunting.
