Irresponsible, horrible and lackadaisical attitude towards customers. Couldn't be bothered about updating date of completion. Initial message says they will keep the item for only 3 months then dispose of item. However can't even collect item as it is never ready even after more than 1.5 months! No communication. When came to collect, the other item wasn't ready with no explanation as to why. TERRIBLE. Take payment in full but can't be bothered to deliver after.

Multiple packages available and instructor guiding was patient and good. Kid enjoyed it. Price maybe a bit on higher side but its located in a mall and easily accessible. Downside is the pottery product we made can only be collected 1 month later. So be informed on this.
