We went on a weekday on 5th day of Chinese New Year. Very dissappinted that out of 60 activities in website, 14 are closed and 8 have limited time slots to attend, so remaining acitivities become very crowded. They shall publish which activity would close when selling the tickets online to be fair to customers.

Targeting children age 4 and above, this is the place where children live out of their aspirations in Kidzania.
Children can engage in various role playing activities that will allow them to earn Kidzos, make a living and get rewarded.
It was a very fun and educational place and our girls got to experience about 10 different occupations.
Unfortunately, it was a weekend on a school holidays and it was very crowded.
Some popular occupations such as firemen, policeman, dentist, pilot are having such a long Q that we couldn’t try in the end.
However the kids really enjoyed the whole experience and the place is clean and staffs are overall friendly and approachable.
I would suggest that the kid spends their Kidzos at other places where they need to pay. Eg. Art Studio, Aviation Academy, Cooking show, Driving Street, Healthy Food Center.
My kids "save" their kidzos thinking that they can redeem some good stuff but they were very very disappointed that they only get to redeem a mini pin after the whole day of hardwork.
It's better to go on a weekday if you are going during school holidays and try to avoid any long weekend holidays.
Otherwise, you will need to go there 2 days to cover all the activities.

This place is organised theft. Oversold and too many children, what business model works on charging a fortune to make small children wait for upwards of an hour for activities that take 10-15 minutes duration. Repeatedly you wait patiently in line for 20 - 30 minutes to have the staff running say, Magic Show, or Laboratory, come out and shut down for an hour. If you are coming from outside Malaysia DO NOT WASTE YOUR DAY ON THIS -

It was a very fun and educational place!
We brought our 5 year old there and she got to experienced about 10 different occupations!
Unfortunately there were some schools coming for excursion and it was very very crowded and some popular occupations eg firemen are having such a long Q that we couldn’t tried in the end. When we asked to join in the very last session as they were just going in, we were also rejected. :(
However my daughter really enjoyed the whole experience and the place is clean and staffs are overall friendly and approachable.
I would like to specially commend Ms Najwa who was in the “nurse” station. I was outside looking through and I can feel her patience and gentleness to the children. She is really very sweet.
Otherwise would recommend Kidzania having more items for shopping purposes.
The “professional” photography was also ok only. I bought it though for memories purposes.

Me and my 4.5 year old son went on a Monday recently. We travelled via MRT (from Kajang to Mutiara Damansara) – about 1 hr ride then 10 minute walk from the MRT station through interconnected walkways via ECurve and The Curve. I brought the ticket online and completed the photo registration the night before. Arrived around 11.30 and very surprised there is no line at all at registration. We feel like arriving to KLIA – so grand.
Its not crowded at the day we went (WEEKDAY) and although he is not eligible for some activities catered for above 6/7 years old, enjoyed himself immersely. The setting is impressive and the husle and bustle feels lively. Son gained 124 Kidzos at the end of the day & we do spend on Tealive. Theres minimal to tolerable queuing and boy even got confident to wait in line and enter activity by himself while I got some food. A bit of wait 15 minutes at Pilot station. His favorite role was Fireman, Police, Construction Worker, Doctor and Pilot. Staffs were polite and helpful. Best one is from Fire Station. Son messed his delivery in the Postal//Despatch station and he have to swap the parcel at correct shop. I like that they point out child’s mistake and the boy learned to be more attentive. Kid got to mingle with other kids while queuing/ doing activities. I got to charge my phone as they provide the cable in Parent’s Lounge while son was doing Pilot Activity. I saw a lot parent had coffee / bring laptop. We bought a tumbler and lunchbox set for RM 10 and I think that’s fair. I spend RM 19.90 at A&W station so he can do his burger & rootbeer, we got to bring the glass home. Seating area enough for weekday, but I can see why people can complaint if the come during crowd. Left around 4.50pm to avoid commuter rush hour in MRT.
Con:
1. Could clean the toilet more frequently.
2. A bottle of mineral water is RM 4.8+ while refill for soft drink is RM 1.++. Its sad that healthier choice is more expensive.
3. Suggest more photographer, he only have 4 official picture to choose from.

My child enjoyed a fun filled day. Quite impressed with the whole set up. We went on a Friday and it still got quite busy from noon time onwards. We managed to complete a lot of jobs as we stayed the whole day from opening till closing. Can’t imagine the crowd on a weekend. Staff were pleasant. Some suggestions for more fun:
-Some jobs have specific timings, maybe only twice a day and with limited capacity too. Perhaps should introduce more slots so more can play.
-Wish there was more variety of stuff you can buy with kidzos at department store.
-Wish we can earn some snacks after working. Eg, could pay to train to be a chocolatier then work then get a chocolate snack? Could pay to train to make a burger, then work then get the burger? Florist could have offered a bouquet yo take home!

Blatant lies. No one had tried to get in touch and my child certainly didn’t volunteer. Your staff didn’t end up taking the role, my son did. What is unreasonable is the staff and management replying exasperatingly with lies. CCTV would have prove otherwise or maybe like the staff of kidzania is just as inoperative and useless.

Hi Mae7799, we have tried to get in touch with you since 8th April but have not heard back. We have investigated this matter and found that your child volunteered to be the patient when before changing his mind. Our staff ended up taking the patient's role. We find your complaint unreasonable.

Terrible experience. We booked 3 weeks in advance but when we arrived, we were told it was completely full, and they advised us to come back another day. But since we were flying home the next day, we could not return another day. We went in to take a look and it was way too crowded for safety. If a fire broke out, it would be a disaster because the place is virtually so packed there is no where to even walk. The activities are also not really fun for the kids- not really much of an experience for the “job”. Long queues for all the activities. The staff were not interested in orientating us. After a while, we realized we were supposed to get some Kidzania $ at the door which the staff didn’t give us. We stayed for about an hour trying to find an activity to do, then left because it was just impossible. Perhaps a weekday would have been better but definitely do not come on peak days. Definitely not worth the entrance fee. Will not come again.

Fun place for kids to experience the role-play activities of working adults..There is replica off each professions such as a bank,a fire station, a radio station, a hospital, a supermarket and many more..Kids can be in a character & earn their own salary..
This is really good education for kids. Kids can learn how to earn and pay money, they must understand how exciting thier life is. RM100 per person from 4 to 17 years old. RM60 per person for adults. They had some discount for resident previously but now no promotion. Kids can enjoy lots of activities and learn how to earn money. Kids also can use money for some services and toys. You can have Subway, A&W and snack inside. They have lounge for adults to wait at 1 floor, limited space but comfortable. Capacity for activities are limited so that you have to queue for a while but relatively not crowded here compared with other countries Kidzania.

This is our 4th visit, range of time frame from 2012 until 2022. What a great place with superb maintainance because the property still in great condition over 10 years. I first brought my sister, know my two children are a fan of kidzania.
✅Recommended for kids age 5 years above ( can read, write and count) so that most of the role play property can be a fun place for them
✅no more long que for popular play role like police, fireman
✅spend time around 8 hours to enjoy all the role play model
✅register for kidzania passport ( additional
Fee rm30 , above the ticket price) so that kids enjoy perk of having more kizzos( money while doing their role play)
✅toilet, parent lounge, subway, A&W available for whole day stay.
✅the staffs were superb friendly and well trained to handle kids

I have a toddler who is 2 years and 4 months old. Are there any role playing activities a toddler can participate in?

I think the minimum is 4yo. But Even at 4yo there are limited jobs they can participate in. It’s Not worth your money taking a child under 4yo there.

One day or 2 days to cover kidszania? My kids have been to the one in Singapore before...so not sure if we need 2 days to cover all activities.
Any recommended places to stay?

Royale Bintang The Curve Hotel is a good choice near the Kidzania. This suitable place for family travel, IKEA, Tesco, Curve shop and other shopping malls.
Plan on the weekday is better than weekends, but remind weekends open hours longer than weekdays. cause this reason, a lot of parents plans on weekends.

It depends on your kids age
Also, if you visit kidzania at the weekend. one day is not enough due to crowd kids
Is it ok to wear flip flops?

What language do the staff speak to children during activities in KidZania Kuala Lumpur?
Do they use two languages to explain the children's activities?
Thank you.

Is Bkidzanian Pazzport from another country accepted here as well? I asked because I did not see Kidzania KL as one of the parks listed on the Bkidzanian website.

I was told yes. The staff specifically mentioned that the Pazzportz from Bangkok and Singapore KidZania outlets could be used. They then added that the Kidzos were also usable in different countries, according to the “exchange rate”. Hope this helps.

Hi, may i check which hotel is nearer to Kidzania? Are there shopping malls nearby? How to 'register' for the sessions? Sorry 1st time going there. Need advice. Thank you.

We stayed at Berjaya Times Square. A distance but a place for the family to shop, eat and play daily. As we spent at Kidzania only one full day, we need to fill up the other days' itinery. We took uber (non-peak hour) to Kidzania. Tixs, we bought online.
