We ordered for takeaway and only upon arriving home, we noticed 2 of the items are not as per our order and one missing. I called to the restaurant to inform the situation. The staff was very helpful. She took my check number and acknowledge the issue immediately. She asked whether I will be able to go collect the items but I told her it will be a hassle. She offered to prepare the items which were missing and incorrectly packed and Grab it to my home address. She called back to inform she couldn't get a driver even after trying a few e-hailing companies (it was raining). She apologized for the delay and inform she will try to send the food soonest possible. After about 20-30minutes, she called to inform it is not possible to get a rider at all. She again apologize again and informed she has requested her colleague to send the food to me instead. She has also included 2 drinks and a nacho as a token for the delay. I felt bad about it and told her if it is too much of a hassle, just don't bother about it. She insisted it was a mistake from the restaurant, and they will send the food. I am really impressed with the level of customer service provided. Although the food arrived really late, I have to say it is a five stars service that the staff has provided. I would like to say a big thank you to the staffs for the great service and effort to follow up and ensure food is delivered. Kudos to your team!

Lockdown for almost three months and went for shooping spree with new normal precautionary hygiene protocol. The Mall is back to life and stayed vibrant and safe practice. A good Sunday outing and lots to do here. Many eateries of wide sekection. Shops are all open and with social distsncing and contact tracing by registering before patronising the outlets. Sanitizers ard readily available for safe practice. Cheers.

Well done Chilis. You have improved in service. Keep it up! Will definitely visit for the Beef Quesadillas and the Mustard Burger to die for. I am beginning to believe Chilis menus taste better than TGI now. Well done to the management for keeping up with the ongoing pandemic.
