I went just a few days before MCO 3.0. MBO Cinema has long closed at the end of 2020.
I love some standalone shops like the charity shop BLESS which sells quality pre-loved clothing and other items.
If you stay nearby, the VG supermarket, the Maju furniture centre, Harvey Norman, Caring Pharmacy, Mr DIY and the dozens of eateries make this into a sufficient neighbourhood mall.
I only drop by because it is on the way from my workplace and that day, the roads were jammed leading to my home. So it is nice enough to eat there and shop for necessities. That's all.

Go there for food. The movie theater has ceased operations. Not much shopping can be done there.
Good thing is that there is plenty of parking.

Citta mall is built to resemble an American strip mall, with retail shops facing the open air parking area.
The concept is pretty good, as it offers visibility to people outside the mall.
Very relaxed atmosphere, you don't see people rushing around.
Plenty of dining options, including the famous Unique Seafood restaurant.
There are buskers performing near the main entrance.
Affordable parking - RM 1 for first 1.5 hour, RM 1 subsequent hours.

Surrounded by condominiums, the mall is visited by many. If you are looking for furniture, Maju Home concept is a great stop. For electrical appliances, Harvey Normans a great choice. You can pick up groceries from Village Grocer. There are many types of restaurants so is an awesome place to dine. After eating, can go for a show at MBO. If you think you have a good voice, can try busking there.

Tenants composition has improved over the years but somehow the ambience and shopping experience just leave the shoppers feeling "below average" and not meeting up to expectations of a shopping mall.

This shopping centre is one of the few that do not have air conditioning but with lots of surface parking and nearby to a lrt station. A grocery store is located on the lower ground floor. Plenty of restaurants to suite every palate and taste buds. Other than that nothing much. Cinema on top floor.

I have passed by Tokyo Kitchen in many places but never try it out. Today I had a choice of Tokyo Kitchen and Sushi Zenmai... I chose Tokyo Kitchen just to try it out as I already tasted Zenmai before. Ordered a terayaki chicken set with Garlic rice. It cost me 16.80 not including taxes and charges.
Ambiance: Poor. Wall paper peeling off and Old Christmas decor still hanging on the ceiling.
Service: ok. Takes time to get service as there are limited staff. They understand and can take orders fast. Delivery of food was ok too.
Food: To me it was a bit shocking. The miso soup was dark like they added soy sauce to it and maybe they did as it is a bit salty.
The Garlic fried rice was soggy and stick together as a lump. Too oily. Taste ok.
Chicken Terayaki. I should be happy that the chicken slices are large but to me they are too think making it hard to chew and a bit too meaty. The flavour was ok (not good but ok only)
Overall: This is a restaurant that I will come once and never again. Will not recommend to my briends or bring guests here in order not to embarrass myself. Even Sushi King which I consider ok Japanese restaurant is much better than this. I do hope the Management will look into this to renovate the restaurant and also evaluate the quality of food served before it goes out of business.

Neighbourhood mall, which is small and friendly. Serves the condo residents in the area. Mainstay is the first class supermarket. Restaurants compete for limited business. They come and go. Cinema on the top floor, and gym.
