    Beautiful City Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia
I have been Kuala-lumpur, Malaysia 2 times or more. And and have been depart and arrive by KLIA and KLIA airport. It looks nice and beautiful and comparison to other Airport in the ASIA. If we talk about meals, the meals are not expensive, it is available @ as same as outside of the airport. It could be possible some staffs do not take important of their duties and rude on passenger. But it could be resolved to complaint higher authorities. The main think is that.... If the tourist wants to visit your country, it doesn't mean that they are coming to face your rude behavior and at all. Tourists want to know your culture, your country's beautifulness and want to spend some time with you and country's person for their memories. I have beautiful experience with Kuala-Lumpur City. But some people de-grade the whole because of their only behavior.

New & Affordable Food Court in KLIA2
I did not expect this to be a food court judging from the entrance, but it is actually an affordable and cozy food court here in KLIA2! I got a chicken rice for only RM9.90 at Food District (new opening promo) 🤩 They have a wide variety of food options and stalls (chicken rice, sizzling hotplates, western food, waffle and more). Plus, I've also got a cup of artisan coffee from the cafe stall here, a unique coffee blend that I've not found elsewhere thus far, very different and i love it! They are located at Level 3, Departure floor (near Oriental Kopi and CU Mart), highly recommend everyone to grab a meal or a cuppa at Food District before boarding your flight!

Yesterday we traveled from KLIA2 to Melbourne. We arrived at check in with more than 3 hours to spare and despite this came very close to missing our flight. My husband had to leave items like his belt, watch and phone chargers behind at the baggage X-ray because he had no time to collect them.

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to check in because the staff were completely incompetent and couldn't get the check-in desk correct. We were sent to 5 different desks after waiting in each subsequent line. We had 5 children travelling with us and I am pregnant with twins and we had to beg someone just to check us in. The self-serve and online options would not work for us.

We asked to speak to a manager, but he walked off and refused to speak with us 5 separate times.

On the way to Japan 3 weeks ago, staff refused to allow us to check in because they incorrectly told us we needed a prearranged visa, which we did not. We had to argue for over 20 minutes about this fact and request a supervisor's intervention just to get our boarding passes.

Yesterday going through security, myself (being pregnant) and my husband with our 1 and 3-year-old children could go through the priority lane, however, the staff made our other children separate from us. They are not adult children who can fend for themselves, they are school-age children. The staff were rude and openly declared they didn't care that they separated children from their parents, nor that my children were at risk of missing the flight. My children had to beg other passengers to let them go through ahead of them. Thankfully people from other nationalities have some compassion and let them go ahead, unlike the locals who think separating children from their parents is acceptable.

If you are travelling with children, it can be difficult enough to keep them settled at the airport and during flights, you really don't need this kind of treatment on top. There are hundreds of countries and 1000's of airports we can invest our time and money in and this country and this airport are not worthy of any of it.

The airport Malay officers were not helpful at all and anyhow abused their rights.
I was about to late and the priority lane was totally empty hence I was trying to check with the officer can do something for me bcos I’m about to late while my friend was queuing in the normal line. The lady Malay officer told me she can’t let me use the priority lane despite there is no one using and the office was sitting there and do nothing. Hence, I walk back to the queue where my friend was standing and another male Malay officer just asked me re-queue at the back and told me I can’t just cut the queue like that despite I said this is my friend and I’m joining back to my original place where I left earlier.
Malaysia really such a wonderful and amazing country with amazing Malay officers.

Although we did not buy anything t the mall we did find a place to enjoy a meal. Plenty shops here if you fancy visiting the mall while you are on vacation but it was not really for us, as it is the last thing we want to do.

Just bought a USB drive from them and they charged me about 3 times what it is worth. No prices marked and they are all smiles while they are ripping you off. Don't use these people. Had a good time in KL but this soured it when they are deliberately shafting tourists.

The food choices are very poor and not spread out after checking in. The seating area is also very small. Does not cater for westerners at all!
