It is a good waterpark not too big to tire your LOs too much. Food is expensive but this is expected. It is a cashless premise and must download their app to purchase tickets. To top up funds this is done once you have entered at their top up counter. Lockers oddly are cash only . Small lockers RM10 and large lockers RM20. Two rides are for 4pax. So if you are in 2s or 3s you can't go on these two rides unless you buddy up with other patrons. Slides are good and personally thought waves were believable enough.
Changing rooms should at least come with facilities to spin dry wet clothes and hair dryer. Shower rooms are for single occupants only so bit tricky for families esp with LOs. No room to put down dry bags down when changing so ended up using the dry patch by the sink tops which is not ideal as their sinks are not deisgned to hold bags (drain styled sinks).
Background music was the same tune over and over again which at one point became annoying and nauseating. It was good enough for us but of course loads of room to improve. Opening hours 11am to 6pm NOT 7pm. Was told by their staff last entry is 530pm.

This is my first time and might be the last time if their management team still didn't improve the facilities and the arrangements of staffs.
I don't mind you check out bags to stop us bringing the food and drinks into your park. But, you must prepare more food counter or drinks counters for the visitors. Or else, we have to waste our time to queue for food and drinks under the hot sun. If you don't have budget to employ more staffs, you should at least prepare few snacks or drinks machines for us to buy....
Actually this place wasn't our first choice during Agong 's birthday. Because Wet world Shah Alam was too crowded and long long queue. So, we force to change to I-city water park.
The arrangements of every attractive point also not so good. People are waiting at the queue, but the staffs still slow slow. There are few activities are under maintenance. So, not so nice to play in this park.
I advise people who wants to visit this park have to think probably. Don't waste your money unless the management really look into all their problems and improve their facilities and services.

Its just a small water park, not really a water "world". Very limited attractions. if u try all, u can finish it in less than an hour. Only one cafe opened for food. The wave pool is just normal pool, no wave at all. When we want to go and try one of the slides, the staff thats suppose to take care of the entrance was sleeping. literally lying down sleeping. So we passed him, went to the stairs to the top, and then another staff at the top there said to use the slide we have to bring the blue slide board, and the staff at the entrance was supposed to pass to us. Then he has to shout at the staff below. The staff below was still sleeping. is this how u take care of safety? not recommended.

Good location
Clean changing room and toilet
You can enjoy thrilling Vortex water slide with a group of 4 people.
All tubes are FOC comes with the rides itself.
Cons:
Slides having below 120kg combined weight for 2 ppl is absurd.
No outside food
Expensive pasar malam quality food
Crowded especially when there's corporate event.
Rude & selfish bad manner visitors are plenty.i was chased away after argued with a group of malay guys smoking nxt to my bench with my pregnant wife and my kids.Clearly their no smoking sign does nothing and somehow when there's trash can they will smoke there.
Please dont allow visitor to smoke inside here.so many malay guys smoke.In fact how come you confiscate my kids candy but not these guys' ciggarettes?

The place is clean, the price is very reasonable. Can get discount if using their apps. Really fast to book and easy to access. Parking available. Many games and still suitable for kids below 2 years because my baby is my priority and the water park really fulfilled to be recommended.

Absolutely the worse and creepiest waterpark in malaysia. Not maintained, rundown and dirty place to be. Our son got deep scratch on three 'attractions' so in fact we left within an hour

We've been here on weekend of school holidays. The management should predicted there will be more people than usual. But when I arrived at the ticket counter, there's a long queue with only 1 counter open.
The long queue was not only at the ticket counter but also at the entrance. The way management scan the tickets made the queue so long. The scan system was just causing trouble on crowded day like this.
Of course theres beg checking and here come the worst part. I've went to lots of other waterpark but this is the 1st time the beg checking is like we are going to smuggle drugs or alcohol into the park. They ve been digging inside my bag like I've bring meth inside my beg. I just feel so humiliated because they've touch all my personal belonging... Please stop treat the visitors like we are drug smuggler... We are not crossing countries on a plane... Just going to the small really small waterpark... I will never come back.. I will never forget the feeling when my beg is being digging like that.

For my 3 year old she had lots of fun with the various slides. The adults ride is ok. The park is ageing now some parts needs replacement. It's quite far from the city tho. I use Grab from my hotel at Bukit Bintang cost RM40 1 way.

Other than Grab, guest also can use public transportation facility such as the KTM railway system. From KL Sentral KTM station, guest can stop at Padang Jawa Station. From there, guest may take a taxi/Grab. It is 5 - 8 minutes drive from Padang Jawa KTM station to i-City. Depending on the traffic condition. i-City located in the heart of Shah Alam City and is convenient with other public transportation as well such as the Selangorku bus no. SA01 or SA04. Besides that, you may take a bus from KL Sentral. Bus RapidKL number U80 will take you to Shah Alam Bus Station, then switch to Rapid bus number U605 to get to i-City.

Its not a very big water park but its good enough for our kids to enjoy for few hours. The overall the facility is good, the food they sold price is reasonable. must go in the morning at 10 am where not crowded. The crowd start after 12pm. So my kids enjoy very much there with lesser people. no need to queue for long Q for rides.
