Good workout

This place is part of the Shah Alam Community Forest or SACF. There are many entrances to get to Bukit Sapu Tangan. Each route offers different challenges. The hike to this hill can be quite steep at certain portions but there are ropes to assist you
This place offers a good workout and can take a few hours depending on where you start from. This trail is also good for beginners who want to experience challenging hiking trails.

Parking- Open space with designated parking lot is available free on site.
No Permit is required.
Distance 5-20km.
Elevation 0-800m.

You have a variety of options here. The few main areas are
-Bukit Bandaraya Backyard Trail
- Saputangan ( Wood Structure)
- Mirror Lake
-SACF ( near Setia Eco Park)
-Alam Budiman

Along hiking this places you can discover a total of 7 lakes for picture sessions. The most famous lake is Mirror Lake.

Bukit Sapu Tangan and Taman Botani Lake

Near Ecoworld housing area. You can park near the reservoir or apartments. We did 15km hike in 6 hours. Manage to reach 2 lakes and 1 Tower. Mix bag of trail with 50% flatlands and another 50% up and down trails. Not an easy hike for sure.
