I come from China.I brought my son to the Icity snow world, my son played there with his friends. His friends and he was very happy. My son enjoys snow world.

But he forgot his coat there . The coat costs more than Rmb 1000. Staffs helped us find it out untill midnight.Then,they left the messages to me.I got it back on the following day.

They r patient with excellent services. They r kind with high quality. Staffs of snow world gave me a deep impression. It is really a nice trip for us.

Went on 17 Mac.. Purchased 6 X 1 Day pass online. Our bad, after a whole it started to drizzle. They close Itsy Bitsy section, we waited for quiet some time but it was remained closed and there were no staff to explained anything except the security guy.. Even when rain was almost stopped ni one was there.. We left by 10.30pm after the kids started to get unsettled. Waste of money & time

Nice place to spend time with your family and friends dating here! Purchase all day happyness pass is worthy as you may visit every place in i-city ( except for Red Carpet). Best theme park & water park ever in Selangor, Malaysia!

All the places is good but the prices a bit expensive. Add more shop outside and variety shop. Add monthly activity according to the celebration such as hari raya or chinnese new year.

I love their waterworld, snow walk &, itsy bitsy & city digital light. Theme park view at the night so wonderful & cheerful. Their workers also nice & helpful. Definitely will come again.

Really enjoy with my family with the package we got cheaper price that time!! We have so much fun play with beautiful lights at night and can visit enteresting place such as snowalk , house of horror ,trick art museum and so much !!it is worth memories..

Very Nice and Exciting Experience

I had alot of fun here while celebrating my loved one birthday last year! Never regret choosing this place as we could play the rides we love unlimitedly. Would go back in the future after this pandemic gets better
