This park was our playground when we lived in Astoria from 2010-2014 - I enjoyed seeing it through the seasons, next to the East River and under the RFK and the Hell Gate bridges. It also host one of the largest outdoor swimming pool in the whole of NYC.

What a gorgeous, local park. Walk along the Hudson and read about Hellsgate. Busy year round, playground, walking, biking, pool. Astoria Park is a hidden gem.

I like this Astoria Park. Place to do Barbecue. Place to play soccer, badminton, volleyball. Near by MTA Bus. It's near Costco wholesale store, Costco member can go and buy snakes, soft drinks, food etc.

Has a beautiful view. A great place for everyone. I come here all the time in the summer with my family. We love it here it is relaxing and cheap because you just come an enjoy your time. You might buy an ice cream but thats okay. Around june they bring a carnival and that is very exciting.

A nice green space with lots to offer. A playground, running track, outdoor gym equipment, a skate park, bike and jogging lanes, parking, a meadow to picnic in, and beautiful views of the water and the NYC skyline. There are free concerts, events, fireworks and even a carnival every summer. This is a park, so keep in mind that everything... More

This park is my fave! Not too big but it has many attractions that make our visit blissful. It's only 2 blocks from our house and frankly, we keep coming back here. It's beautiful.. with RFK bridge on your left, LIRR line on your right, and East River in front of you. Amazing view, on all seasons! It has great... More

Great views along the East River, good place to hang out, walk, jog (track nearby - w/in the park) walk your dog(s) roller blade, chill, read, etc. THere's a lso a playground for little 1s, & the WC is fairly clean.
