Although we may not be used to all the crowds and people sitting directly in front of you while we were trying to enjoy the beach, we were definitely not used to the filth on the paths leading to the beaches etc. They have showers...More

Closest island beach from Panama City, 30 minutes only by Taboga Express. Chairs and umbrellas, all there. Relax, swim, watch skyline or planes approaching Tocumen International.

Went because of recommendations by locals. The ferry ride is quite nice and relatively cheap - you see the Bridge of the Americas, Amador Causeway, and plenty of ships waiting to enter the Panama Canal. The island itself is nice and pretty clean, but there's...More

Well, I didn't think this day trip was all that. The $20 rt ferry ride was quick and comfy. Once on the island, you must pay for everything. Bathroom use for the day = $2. Two plastic beach loungers with umbrella = $15. Snorkel gear...More

Not much to do unless you enjoy laying on a hot beach. Umbrellas and chairs are for rent by the day (no hourly rate), but provide minimal protection from the intense sun. The water is not as clean and clear as the posted photos,

Worst beach ever. Filled with stones...it was a frightful experience going into the water. I stumped my toe because there were so many stones and rocks, it was difficult to navigate in the warer. I didn't even bother to try swimming much less snorkeling. It...More

Going here for a day beach it is a waste of time and money as is not much you can do there and the two restaurants near the beach does not look as a safe place to eat. This beach is an outdated beach with...More
