Tagaytay City is dubbed as one of the best getaway from Metro Manila's hustle bustle. Located in the Province of Cavite just two hours away from Manila. It is over looking the famous Taal lake and volcano just a boundary of Batangas Province. A lot of recreational activity to take away your stress.

Tagaytay is relatively close to Manila to travel to, but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life that you'd think you were much farther. The drive was not bad and when you get there, the feel is very different. There are still places to visit and not have to deal with the lines and crowds that... More

Though not on a weekend... because of its proximity to Manila Tagaytay has become an easy getaway, too commercialised, too crowded, hence the ridiculous traffic. So, I only go there during weekdays. The cooler climate makes the place a perfect dining and/or coffee place. It also caters a wide selection of recreational activities.

Tagaytay lost it's scenic views because of the high-rise buildings being built in ot's peaks. You can no longer enjoy food because everybod is trying hard to be above class. I miss the old Tagaytay Kubos, wind and the scenic view.

Overlooking the Taal Lake and Volcano the town is a hub straddling 2 E/W and the junction of 2 N/S major routes. It boasts several tourist attractions as well as many good restaurants and places to stay.

An insane vacay with my 2 brothers, from Manila to Tagaytay we took a bus, jeepney to see different places and attractions there, and few times we hire motorcycle with sidecar.. the atmosphere isn't that cold in there, I brought sweater but didn't use it.

We decided to visit Tagaytay last May 2015 when i had my vacation in Philippines. I heard so many good feedback about this place. Maybe that was before, but during the time we went there, nothing amazed me. It is just an ordinary developing city. The tourist attactions (People's park in the Sky & Picnic groove) were not maintained and... More

I've been in Tagaytay for many times but it's a first time with my family. The highlight was the Taal Volcano boating and the lunch at the resort.Just a little word for the tour guide give the whole details of the activity and the rate to the customers. The emphasis also is the Pink Sister's Convent. It's a great place... More
