In the visitors' center, there is a wonderful display and time line about the life of Harrier Tubman plus we had a wonderful docent who explained to us all about her life. We were then able to visit the actual house where she lived.

Harriet Tubman was a woman of strong faith. She believed her faith compelled her to take action to fight against injustice by helping to free her people.
