A high end shopping mall within the Metropolis. Shop into familiar retail brands. And the food choices within the mall are reasonably priced and a lot of food variants to choose from.

I recommend this place to find something special done by local designers. It feels very curated but definitely pricey.

I’ve seen pets inside the mall... but usually inside a stroller (pram). They are usually toy dogs. Have never seen a medium to large sized dog though.

Yes to Starbucks and MK. Kultura stores are only found in SM malls. If Tune Hotel is near Makati Ave. and Burgos area, I would say about 7 minutes walking, 2 minutes by cab (~60 pesos).
