What can I say. It's a mall. Good choices at food Court many shops. Crowded on weekends. Lots of taxes available. Has a cinema. Just like any other sm mall or malls in Western countries.

No, I wouldn't advise canceling your trip. Things are still pretty safe and this looks like an isolated incident. Malls are still full. Security's tightened up city wide. It shouldn't be a deterrent to tourism or business... More

I was in Manila last week and did not feel like I was in danger.
