    Huge complex in Cebu!
This mall exceeded my expectations completely. The terrace was filled with a variation of Bonsai trees and an amazing ambiance. Tons of restaurants to select to dine at. 4 floors of shopping/eating plus the terrace and I could have easily spent all day there. I was not expecting something to this magnitude but I’m thankful I went. Free entrance must go through metal detectors to enter but I never once felt unsafe. Lots of different places for children to play (my 4 year old loved them) and it was very reasonably priced.

    Large Shopping Mall
Large shopping center with many opportunities both for shopping and eating good and varied food. Most everything is gathered under one roof, so it's worth a trip if you're going to shop or just have something to eat. Several of the restaurants are located outside in an area with terraces where it is also possible to sit outside

One of my favorite places to visit in Cebu
Everything you need is here from Restaurants, Currency Exchange, Department Store, Grocery Store and even medical facilities. There are armed guards and the mall is very clean. One of my favorite places to visit in Cebu.

I actually like Ayala mall, it is one of the better malls in Cebu City, especially if you are a woman travelling alone. The restaurants are all rather mediocre though, nothing outstanding or spectacular. But it is a good option to spend a couple of hours and get some shopping done and have a beer or two afterwards

The mall has plenty of shops but there are also areas within the mall where you can rest and relax.
It’s so huge that you could get lost inside it.
It would be best to look at the map or ask the mall guides to easily get to the place you want to go within the mall.
I dined at a Japanese restaurant and had a massage in one of the spas,
a good way to spend some free time.

It’s also in the midst of Cebu’s central business district.

Ayala Center is very large and is made up of 3 floors. The first floor mainly consists of international brands which might not be what you’re looking for if you are going for local shops. The second floor has more local flavour but shops are pretty small - about 3-4 racks-width wide. I did not venture into the 3rd floor.

Would recommend if you are not on a tight budget & need a place to relax with kids. There is an arcade (timezone if i recall correctly) in the mall.

Pretty much has everything you need. All the usual brand-name shops along with a good selection of cafes and restaurants. We found it convenient as our hotel (Harold's) was close by. It has a really nice central plaza area which facilitates live music on certain nights. A really nice gathering place for all ages to gather and socialize.

This is one of the better design malls that I've ever been in. There's a small park inside so children can play. Also many of the restaurants are accessible without coming inside the building. There's a large variety of shops. Something for everyone.

This place is huge and takes a bit to work out the pattern so you don’t get lost. We spotted a store we wanted to go to and went downstairs and could not find it.

For us it was the first time I have been to a shopping mall walking through a metal detector and my bag being checked. But it made me feel comfortable that there was that level of security in such a huge place.

We ate at at a number of the restaurants on the terrace at various days and all were good. Our hotel had a free shuttle but missed it one night and waited over an hour in a queue for a taxi. So be prepared for the wait in a line in the heat.

The Ayala Mall is simply huge. If you want to go shopping, you should be aware that the prices are higher here than in the Robinson Mall, for example. But they are still cheaper than in Germany. After shopping, you can choose one of the many restaurants where you can also find something to suit European tastes. For the equivalent of 10 euros you can get a delicious meal with a drink. Of course, it can also be much more expensive. The Ayala Mall is simply great, but it is also easy to get lost.
