This is a standard Cebu "look out" - not so well thought out. View is as nice as Cebu city can muster, if you can look into the distance over the garbage and dirt that surrounds the lookout. Phone coverage is poor, no 'nice' places...More

The view is great (especially at night) but paying P100/head for entrance fee is a bit too much since there's really nothing to see/do except the overlooking view. the management should at least provide comfortable seats for family/friends who would like to relax a bit....More

er since I started traveling to Cebu, I've always wondered where that flagstone-wall with hypnotic concentric circular portals are in Cebu. I knew the name, Tops Lookout Cebu or simply Tops Cebu, but I always seem to miss it whenever I land at the Queen...More

The lookout provides a nice view of Cebu city but to pay 100 pesos per person and a 300 pesos parking fees to view a natural setting is a little ridiculous. It takes about an hour to reach the top from Cebu city Centre and...More

I guess not that exciting during day time. Most stores are closed. 100 Php entrance will make you cringe because you will not stay there for a long time.

Old unmaintained place, uneven grounds where the floor is a trip hazard to small children, cheap entrance, nothing to do but to see the city view. We spent just less than 20 minutes and leave.

The lookout is worth the drive but you won’t spend hours up there. Make sure to stop at the temple on the way as that is at least as impressive. We took the habal-habal bikers from the JY Mall, and that turned out to be...More

Family went last nite to this restaurant over the top of the hills of Busay...Amazing view, good food, also great service. It was windy and chilly, so make sure you bring a jacket or a scarf. They do not take reservations on the weekend, so...More

Yup! I did when I was there. There is however a big antennae farm close by that may cause some interference though so stay away from that area though when flying.
