This is a great place to see the large monument which depicts some of Cebu's histroy. The sculpture is an impressive sight to behold and you could spend sometime looking at the different views/ angles.

We always run across this monument on our way to SM City. It's an impressive sight in an area where not much else is. Parian Plaza is really just a roundabout.

well worth the effort to see and the old spanish house is near by just a short taxi drive from kiwi lodge , you can do tour for about 800 peso

actually, you can go there anytime, because it's in the center of the park, and you can see it directly, as soon as you get there
