Free for all

This is one place that caters anybody. It's free but so nice. It's very accessible. I suggest that there should be some trees around it.

The Capitol Lagoon has been a part of the lives of all natives of Bacolod City as well as the lives of the people living in the entire c.f. province. The Capitol Lagoon is actually a small place which provides tranquility to those who wish to escape from the hectic and busy hours in the Metro. Located at the very... More

I pass by this beautiful place of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental almost everyday while here in Bacolod City. I am always mesmerized by the splendor of the place, a big lagoon in the middle of a wide park with many people, friends young and adults walking and jogging around early in the morning. Passing by Lacson St., you... More

Lots of statue standing in the park. Park is not maintained properly. Looking forward on the better development of the park.

Be sure to take a picture here at the Capitol Lagoon Park. There is a lot of tables and chairs nearby where you and your friends can hang out. Nice lights in December

A very nice park providing the setting of the Provincial Capitol complex situated above the park. The park is older and has nice mature trees for shade, and a fine pair of period carabao sculptures flanking a large pool area whic contain live tilapia fish. The park today has become a popular spot for local families to hold picnics on... More

Since the very start, this place had been the first choice of getting together and priceless memories to live by. It's safe, clean, and above all....free! Get on and bring the entire family and friends. Bucket list. Added!

Great place for a morning jog, people are warm and friendly and I cant deny they are charming and good looking. I cant say that the place are poorly maintained because the park is clean except for those plastics floating on the water. One of the attraction of the place are the koi swimming the their sizes so huge and... More
