I love aquariums and I have been to dozen of them. I have to say I was expecting an aquarium way wrote than this! I have seen way worse aquariums in country capitals. Remember this is just a small island! There is nothing wrong with this aquarium. It is very nicely laid out and although it is small, you can... More

Way afmaker than I expected but has probably all the fishes from around here ... some huge ones that really surprised me. Very informative and well organized. One hour is more than enough to spend there. I'm not sure though how happy are three fishes there ... they seamed cramped, would be much better to increase by a lot the... More

Went as we found it by chance while stopping for lunch. A little expensive but well done if not that large. Good overall selection of sea life as well as fish and a good hours visit.

Located amid the marinas this is a surprisingly good aquarium. Well laid out and well displayed. The marine collection is impressive and appesrs to be a family favorite. If you are padding by this way set yourself at least 1 hour to just immerse yourself in an underwater wonderland

Small but very organised aquarium with a lot of interactive workshop to learn about the island sea life. A bit too much on the "Sharks rights to roam"to our liking and considering the tragedies this island has had over the last 10 years.

Nice arranged new Aquarium in the center of the port Saint Gilles les Bains. It has a lot of local fishes, unfortunately only described in French (would be nice to have it as well in Creol and English). The octopus has not a lot of space. The games for children brings awarness and knowledge about the ocean to the youngest!... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Aquarium in St. Gilles. The overview given over water life in tropical seas was very interesting and entertaining at the same time. Excellent also for visiting with children.
