This is really the center of Cluj. The square is surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops. It's relaxing to just sit and looking at people passing bye.

There is a really big square in front of the monument. When I was there (December 2016) they had great festive lightning, stage with music bands, skating rink and Christmas market. Really nice place.

This is one of those hard to miss attractions as it's not only larger than life, but also shares its central location with St. Michael's Church and some uncovered Roman ruins. Great for evening strolls in any season. We've had the pleasure of witnessing the Christmas fair that's taking place.

Popular place to stroll about with dramatic church and this statue in close proximity. Away from traffic this is a popular place for locals and tourists to relax and admire some great architecture and snap some pics. Area is surrounded with some good places to eat and drink.

Matei Corvin (known also as Matthias Corvinus/Rex) was a romanian former king of Hungary, great personality. Great monument in the city center.

Located in the center, it's a nice place to sit, and read, and feed the pigeons. And also great for taking photos. It has great lighting at night, making it even more fascinating. Definitely a must-see.
