Stations like Cluj are becoming a rarity around the world. They are being replaced by simplistic shelters or glass & steel isores. Appreciate the fact you still have it and fight to have it preserved and restored not simply renovated. This is an attractive 19 Century...More

Been to Cluj Station before (in August 2017) but was just passing through. As you would expect in Romania there are a lot more tracks than appear necessary and many abandoned carriages. Nice cafe and excellent left luggage (bloke there very helpful about transport matters)...More

This is a rather newly redone train station and I found the common areas to be clean, spacious and comfortable. The information display boards are accurate and announcements are made in both Romanian and English. There are always nice humans available at the ticket office...More

If you like the smell of toilet or drunken pals laying around then is a must see. Otherwise avoid. City Hall is simply unable to manage this place. Police is simply avoiding...I haven't seen any officers patrolling and doing their jobs. Pity.

There are a lot of architecturally beautiful train stations in Romania, but only very few of them are a) clean; b) renovated; c) facility-offering; d) organized. The train station in Cluj is one of those. It's quite far from the centre and not really worth...More

More than 100 years old building, rather Jugend Stil, now maintained with visible efforts. The functional indications are hard to discover, and despite the electronic displays does not look friendly.

There is one train that has a direct route and travels overnight. It leaves from 22:09 from Cluj-Napoca and arrives at 11:18 in Constanta. Tickets for sleeping wagons are between 35 and 40 euros :). Have fun!
