Sparrow Hills is a distance from the center of town--where you can get a different perspective of the City. I am not sure that it is worth the time unless you are in the area anyway

Takes a little drive up and out of the city to get here. The route passes through upscale residences. Great views of the city from the top only on a clear day. Not recommended to spend time to visit it particularly.

It was one of the stops on our tour bus round Moscow. You could pick out some of the sights in Moscow below and one of the university buildings is quite photogenic behind. Worth getting out of the bus for but I don't think you'd...More

I've been before. It's a great place for a walk (or run or cycle) away from Moscows traffic. It's only a few stops on the metro. Along the riverbank. You get great views of Moscow and Moscow city. We watched the May 9th fireworks- I've...More

We visited the Sparrow Hills at night to get a panoramic vista of the Moscow lights. Because of the time that we visited (after 10pm), it was in complete darkness and virtually deserted apart from our coach. As a result, while there was nothing to...More

A very beautiful place to visit, and an amazing view to all Moscow including the skyscrapers and the new football stadium and other enormous buildings, there are many mini-shops in the area, and a great location near Moscow university!

It was a cloudy day so I suspect it would have been much nicer if it had been clear. Worth a trip to in good weather to have a view of Moscow as well as one of the Seven sisters Skyscrapers which is part of...More

More

More
