You wanna view Moscow from top it's the perfect place. Not a priority in tours. Just for photo taking and sight seeing. Have an umbrella in rainy days and Sun glass in sunny days.

We had a personal guide who took us up there to help orientate us to the city. From there you can see the river, the seven sister buildings from Stalin era, the stadium, and modern Moscow buildings too.

Definitely worth a look. Lovely view back over the city. Close to the University. Be ware people dressed in costumes trying to get pictures taken as they charge per shot and will try over charge.
