This is a must when visiting Saint Petersburg. You will find it at the big square, I guess you won’t miss it. Incredibly beautiful building.

If you gonna visit Saint Petersburg, definetely you have to visit this place!! It is a trademark of the city!! Amazing amount of beautiful things that you can see! You will need some hours for a quick walk through this museum!

Huge and nice museum... Can be crowded.... There are several sections of museum but you can pay to go to main museums or to go to Peters palace for 300 rubles- that is ripoff for tourist... Literally you can see everything in Peter's palace in...More

This is a huge museum and I nearly lost in that place! A lot of good things to see as well as the Egyptian things, Chinese, Indian...... i spent one day inside. Good place

Awesome. Please spend at least 2 days to see this awesome museum, that was once a palace. There is so much of history that needs to be seen to know the rich Russian culture. A must for all travellers.

The Hermitage is more than a museum - it is an institution all its own, independent of time and place. It just is - beautiful, grand and aw inspiring. I was also very lucky to bump into one of the famous Hermitage cats!

One of the best place to visit in Sankt-Petersburg. While you are coming in you feel your self in past history and the atmosphere there instill have gusspums when I remember. A lot of paints and statues. You should visit this place.

The Hermitage has free entry on the first Thursday of the month. You can get skip the lines but you won’t need this if you’re visiting in Winter

Hi! Don't know about the guided tour at the entrance as we had booked through a local travel agent to procure the visa as well. The audio guide is pretty helpful though the museum is too big to be covered in a day & a guide... More
