Great views

This very slow chair lift provides beautiful views over the surrounding karst peaks. Well worth the time.

Beatiful view of Guilin - at the top, small museum and statues. Tip : don't go in the morning, the line up is too long - we were ther at 10am but decided to leave and we went back at 1pm and we didn't wait.

This was a lovely, quiet retreat after the hustle and bustle of two weeks touring China and Tibet. Very restful along the river and a lovely setting for breakfast outside at early morning.

My first time visiting rice fields and to see them in a terrace was amazing, glad I took gondola up and walked down. Restaurant a the foot of Gondola servers great food.

The ride up the mountain was a treat. The views from the top are incredible!!! The toboggan ride down was a lot of fun. So much so, that we wished it was longer!

Only in China where you can enjoy a scenic view at the top of the mountain and subsequently slide down the 900 meter peak on a plastic tray of some sort, going what felt like 60mph. Not to mention their safety mechanism is to strategically place a dude on every turn of the corner yelling at you to slow down... More

A VERY nice place to visit for the panoramic view of the mountain scenery in Guilin. The cable car ride was okay but we had a fun way down by taking the slide from the top of the mountain. If the weather was clear, you shouldn't miss this place.

The trip on the chair lift is great. The undergrowth is so lush and there are plenty of birds and large butterflies. A one way trip takes just short of 30 minutes.

Arrived at Yaoshan Mountain by catching bus 24 from downtown Guilin, once your off the bus you have to walk about 1 kilometre into the little town (left) and then up to the scenic look out (right). We decided to go with the intention of walking the path up and then back down after seeing the view. We were told... More
