Best thing is the location in south Xian near the mountains so on the day we went it was an amazing view . The zoo is not the best one I have been too , but the kids just loved it ,

This is a very nice zoo, not so many animals as we had expected, and not many visitors either,,We have been to zoo in Beijing and Chongqing, but this is much cleaner, and it looks much better for the animals than in the other cities....More

... it wasn't great. The enclosures weren't very good and I felt sorry for the animals. Although the kids didn't notice and they had a nice day, I wouldn't recommend supporting this zoo.

This is one of those zoos that just makes you sad. The animals look absolutely miserable and many of the enclosures are too small for the animals that inhabit them. I dislike zoos in general, but this one goes beyond.

It's a zoo, you have to be aware of what you can expect. As i like nature, I tried it. The park is huge. Lots of space. Not as crowded as some zoos in bigger cities (Beijing). There is nothing special, don't waste your time...More
