The Bell Tower is allocates just in front of the Bell Tower Subway station and this makes it easy to access. This is not a huge attraction. This looks magnificent at night.

Get a pass for Bell tower and drum tower. Get these from the underpass but sometimes there are long queues.Busy at weekends.Good views from upper floors but lots of narrow steps.No wheelchair access and limited mobility options
Xian is not very big, so when visiting the Bell Tower you are also surrounded by lots of other things to explore. This attraction is best to be seen at night, I would recommend going in the evening to experience the families and lively atmosphere.
Fun visit. You can learn a little about the history of the towers. At the top, you will get a good view of the city.
