We visited this with a toddle and stroller in tow, and found it to be a really pleasant experience - not too crowded. And really friendly people all round. Cute little shops selling mostly cheap trinkets, "silk" and tea. Bought some gorgeous decorations from a...More

Cannot compare the size or variety to Beijing road in Guangzhou, but if you're looking for fashion (probably copy labels), fake brand watches, fake brand handbags and the like, you won't be disappointed. Street food is ok to eat, even for a Westerner.

I am often quite happy with night markets and this one was no exception. Plenty of stalls selling various products, including neat lights and unique clothing. Also multiple food options available at very cheap prices. A good way to experience Chinese street food.

Regardless if you need all that stuff or not, it's worth it to visit the night market. It was busy, but people and esp. the sellers were very nice.
