Classic red bricks building, free admission to learn a piece of history of Sapporo. Even in winter, the building look stunning cover with snow! Good for photography and time passing...

We went there both in Sakura season and summer. Great place for dine photo shoot along the walking trail from Odori Park to Sapporo Station.

Great exhibits and information about the area. Historical building and very informative. If you like history and knowing more about the area you are traveling in, definitely recommend. Lots of stairs to climb, can't remember if there was an elevator though. Beautiful when it's snowing.

Basically a government office where it shows office furnitures and some issues Hokkaido face. Free entry. Visit only if you have time as there is nothing really interesting.

Very scenic area outside the building especially in winter when the park is all white with snow while the building stands out with its red brick building.
