This is a very comfortable way of going to JR Tower, JR Station and Subways when it’s snowing. There are lots of shops and restaurants. You can practically go anywhere, just choose your exit.

Had trouble finding starbucks till i realized it was underground. Enjoyed starbucks but at 9am on a weekday most of the shops were closed. We walked for several blocks before going up top. Not impressed.
