Beer fan or not, this place is a must see! The old brick building is beautiful! Gives the history in multi-languages, without your needed. And there is beer tasting options at the end and juice too.

With a great subject and plenty of people visiting why do they only have tours in Japanese? The place is rich in history that is concluded in less than 50 items to look at. Brewing beer is interesting but it made the effort of getting...More

Located in a beautiful old building, we were excited to visit the museum. Unfortunately, almost all of the placards detailing the history were in Japanese, with only a few English language signs. The beer tasting was fun (and tasty). The food in the restaurant was...More

The building itself and the museum are very interesting. It can be reached on foot from Sapporo station. Thr beer garden contains several bars and restaurants that serve beer.

It was interesting to see the history of this important industry in Sapporo. While the interpretive signs are in Japanese, there are sheets with English translations.
