A great brewery started in the 1800's with beautifully constructed buildings. This lets you see the history with pictures and equipment from the beginning to present day of how and why this brewery came about. Worth the visit.

Initially i thought that there would be some actual production taking place here. Instead it's just a bunch of diagrams, exhibits, letters etc detailing the history of Sapporo Beer. You can probably just google all that information for yourself. Nevertheless, it was rather interesting. But...More

If you like beer, it's worth a look around the Sapporo Beer Museum. You can enjoy a few hours of (japanese) beer knowledge, not everything is subtitled in english though. Also, I recommend a visit to the food court, you'll get a nice Jingisukan experience!

If you like Sapporo beer (or beer in general) it is probably a ‘must see’ item on the list here in Sapporo. The museum is well spaced to wander around the exhibits. Take an English flyer at the entrance as the signage in mostly in...More

Although the reviews for the restaurants were good, but since we didn't dine in there so no feedback on food then. The museum was ok, you can choose to visit the free tour or the better one which is paid. The free tour have basically...More
