My daughter loves taking the watersand this is reputed to be the best of the accessible bathing places in Arima. We went on a weekday just after the New Year holidays. It was busy, busy, busy. It seems a lot of people bathe here each...More

My brother and I visited here after doing Mt Rokko, and it was great. The people inside were really nice and there is enough English signage to get the general idea of how it works. Basically you walk in and take your shoes off. Then...More

Me and a few friends went on a day hike up to the top of Mount Rokko and then down into Arima Onsen. The hike was tough, but the Kin no Yu really fixed all the tired and achy muscles. The little town is also...More

It was our first onsen visit and we really enjoyed it - the place was much nicer, cleaner and friendlier than a Sento we visited recently! They are also tattoo friendly if that concerns you.

There is a normal Onsen I think but I still feel comfortable and related! Maybe I am foreign and walked harder! It's a great experience and good memory this year!
