Loved our visit to Rokkosan Farm. Get close to the sheep, who freely roam around... and visit the other farm animals as well - goats, cows, horses. The surroundings are beautiful scenic hills with trees and pasture. Definitely worth going.

Was spending hours to reach the farm, but just spent about an hour to finish the visit of entire farm. Not impressive, less animals, attractions are scattered and far in distance.

Rokkosan Farm is a wonderful outdoor attraction, which is not only for children but for a whole family. You can actually touch animals and feel the grandiose nature. The only inconvenience is that the food inside is a little bit expensive. Anyway, you can spend...More

I live in Wales, UK so this scene (flock of sheep on the hill) is very familiar one. However, the sheep at Rokkosan Farm is so friendly (they do not run away from you like those in Wales!) So my 1yr & 4yr could easily...More

For 500 yen per person we got to spend a whole afternoon with cute and friendly animals at the farm. The ice cream and cheese cake sold at the farm are fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Anyone here been able to use their Kansai Thru Pass for the Hankyu Rokko bus from Rokko Cable Sanjo Stn. to Rokkosan Pasture? I know the Maya Sky Shuttle is not covered by this pass so I wonder if it's better for us to take the Hankyu Rokko bus for Rokkosan Pasture (and eventually to the Mt. Maya area), in case the Kansai Thru Pass covers it. Hope to hear from you!

I checked the Rokkosan pasture website, The operating date is until 5 November 2015 and re-open in March 2016. However, they are written in Japanese and I can't be absolutely sure. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks you very much.
