I really wanted to the the earthquake memorial park. Its just a very small part of the harbor, but totally worth visiting. Take your time and open yourself to the overwhelming power of the natural forces.

This is a nice place to walk around especially when the weather is nice. There were some interesting buildings, marine, earthquake memorial. It is very pretty at night. It is a bit concrete for me as I would prefer more greenery and flowers.

very peaceful - young place - the museum is easy to attend, the park is clean, we did not like the "Starbucks" strong attentive place there - I believe should be a Japanese food culture there, even the architecture is nice.....

This is Kobe's version of Tokyo's Odaiba, but much less interestiing. Lots of restaurants and coffee places are here. Only some are good, while most are tourist traps. But you can check with Tripadvisor to cherrypick some nice spots for food and coffee.

There are a few spots to visit here. The Starbucks, Immigrants statue, Maritime Museum and other minor things like this huge metallic fish installation right at the corner of a restaurant. A good chill out place if you want a slower more relaxed place to...More
