Taiko-Lab Kobe offer an hour long taiko drumming class to tourists from all over the world! Taiko is a Japanese traditional drum that is often performed at festivals and ceremonies. No experience or Japanese language needed! We offer an opportunity for you to experience the local culture in first hand. Come empty handed and you will leave with an unforgettable memories! Our group lesson for foreign tourists are offered at various times on weekdays. Please check our booking page for more information and to make a reservation. We offer class for foreign tourists at Kobe (NEW!), Osaka and Kyoto studios!

I had a great lesson today. Kaeda San is an energetic and patient teacher and she gears the lesson to the student. I would highly recommend a lesson to anyone who is interested in Japanese culture and or music.

Before this I just feel it will be good. Now I know it was unforgettable. We could create our own experience during our holliday. What's more we could touch an old Japan tradition with our hands and hearts.

Had a great time with an hour lesson, which was my first time trying any taiko drumming (not including the arcade machines anyway!). Will go into some more of the detail but if you want a quick verdict, I would recommend this to anyone that...More
