A lot of things to do

The pokemon go centre was fun to visit. Also the view you can get on the station is very nice. If you enjoy watching people and streets it's nice to visit the place.

If you need a break from temple hopping and cultural spots, go to Osaka Station City. It's the modern hub of Osaka, that mimics the vibe and feel of New York City's Time Square. The architecture is grandiose, and the location is at the hub of all major train lines from JR to Keihan, to the subway going to Senri-chuo.... More

This is one confusing place to visit. However there is a pokemon centre there so i guessed it is a must visit place.

Totally easy to navigate that new tourist can easily reach the destination. Help Desk. Shops. With minimal or no knowledged of japanese language I was able to get my medicine and way around the station. I will surely come back here.

This station is just massive and there's not enough visible signs pointing out how to get to the correct subways or train lines. To be honest, I think I spent a good portion of my time in Osaka trying to navigate my way around all the stations joined in with the main station. I'm only giving Osaka station 3 stars... More

Overall, Osaka Station is just confusing, even for my wife who is fluent in Japanese (reading and speaking). Almost every time we were there, we had to hit the information desk to ask for directions to the right train line, to the hotel shuttle bus area (unmarked), etc. Luckily, the folks there were very friendly. One thing I couldn't understand,... More

Very busy station with amazingly large interconnected structures/ malls. Can be very confusing finding your way around specially in the underground facilities. Suggest to get major landmark for your bearing. Many hotels has regular free bus transfer run from morning till night, stopping in front of Albi outdoor store. There is Daimaru Department store that had amazing food floor in... More

On a 2 Week Trip at the end of May and June i we spent many hours on different days at and around the Station. The Station is the Busiest and is absolutely Massive with Many Train Lines. In the Inner Core of the Station there are many many small shops that are Interesting and once you go up one... More
