It was pouring when we arrived in osaka and randomly searched for a place to go. This aquarium was definitely one of our best finds! We spent 2.5 hours in there. Collection of marine life is extensive and don't forget to catch the gorgeous whale sharks!

I've visited aquariums in Hong Kong, the US and Canada but this Aquarium in Osaka beats them all! Massive and well-organized, the Japanese sure know how to showcase the fish well and their petting zoo section (you get to touch stingrays and small sharks) is really cool. :)

This is a memorable aquarium with a well-arranged design to travel from one ocean to the next. There are many explanations in English and also rental recorded guides. Hands-on opportunity to touch sting rays.

You can spend about 2-3 hours here! My 14mth toddler loves it! He was enthralled by the dolphins swimming in the huge tanks! We were there on week days and it was not crowded.

Aquarium is beside Legoland and Tempozan Ferris Wheel. Nice Aquarium. Great place to visit if you have kids. There's even a place where you can touch some of the fishes.

I can said that we had visited lots of aquariums round the world and this one in Osaka is definitely worth your visit. Is spanned over 8 floors with the top floor a rainforest kind of concept. Somthing different that I had experienced though is not exactly very big. There are various feeding times so make sure you time your... More

I loved my time at the aquarium. So much sea life that I hade never seen before. It was quite crowded at times, but soon discovered that if you just keep going down the aquarium there will be less people. A great place to take kids.

The huge bassin blows you away. The dolphins are very playfull and the otters too. You can even carefully touch some fish at the end.
