This particular Onsen provides Jinbei (sort of pajama shorts with a shirt) for massage and food areas. The only thing you would need bathers for are the waterslides on the top floor. Most Onsen that have mixed sex areas do... More

It's totally family friendly , but some pools are hot so you need to judge. We noticed also fathers are allowed to bring their youngs daughters with them but don't know the age limit
