Very pleasant tour at the observatory. They got an indoor deck where you could enjoy some coffe and drinks while enjoying the view. They also have an outdoor rooftop where you get a 360 view of the osaka city. There's a spot for couples to take photos and put the love lockers.

Known as Umeda Sky Building, it offers a 360 degree view of Osaka from the Osaka City Centre. If you buy the Amazing Osaka Pass, you get one free entry. I visited during sunset time, so could get both day and night view. Must do in Osaka

The building is not in the center (or nearby) which means that the view may be good but certainly not excellent. In case you like views like I do visit the place, otherwise it is not necessary.

Also known as Umeda sky tower This is insane if like me you are not a fan of heights Elevator takes you almost 40 stories high Then 41 with an outdoor enclosed escalator Then up two stories to get outside Views are amazing worth the trip

Hard Rock Cafe at Osaka. Beside university studio. Nice atmosphere. Good good. Good service. I celebrated my birthday there. They even gave me a glass cup as parent.

...was really exciting. The elevator and escalator rises was very cool. The place was virtually empty. Nice photo opportunities on the 39th floor if you are on a budget and don't want to pay the 1000 yen fee to go up to the floating garden. The nearest stop on the metro is Osaka station, and it's about 10 minutes walk.... More

Arrive at Umeda building rooftop for the best scenery. 360' observations with night light of Osaka city is the most satisfying view.

Went here at about 10am just after opening and was treated to a spectacular view of Osaka. Amazing seeing a city so dense and large from above. Go early to miss the rush as apparently this place is crazily busy around sunset

This place is not to be missed as it provides fantastic views of the whole city of Osaka and beyond. Entry fee can be part of your subway ticket that you can get from the train station manager. Worthy of a visit.

The night view is spectacular but the architecture is not only a feat but ingenious. As it was an autumn night, it was very windy and chilly. Its very crowded but orderly as only a certain number of people are allowed to go up at any one time.
