This is a really good place to relax. The studio is really clean and modern. The yoga teachers are pros. But 80 MYR for one hour (If you don’t sign up for a membership) is quite expensive though.

Hi Thomas, thank you for your review. RM 80 is our standard drop in per class and this is the same rate for 60 mins, 75 mins and 90 mins class. Perhaps you can consider the 90 mins class for next drop in :). The pricing is set as such for drop in so that we can provide and sustain the facilities and complimentary amenities including the Manduka PRO mat, towels, shower facilities, convenient class booking app, the upkeeping of the cleanliness, the high electricity cost to offer true hot yoga experience etc..Membership will be able to bring down price per class and the more you practice the cheaper it gets per class. Of course, we understand that you are travelling and hence drop in makes more sense for now. Thanks again for taking time to review us. Thank you! Hope to see you again. :)

I have practiced hot yoga many years in different countries during my business trips and Life Hot Yoga studio in KL is definitely one of the hot yoga studios with the highest standards. Run by certified hot yoga instructors and built truly for hot yoga practice!
The studio is clean and neat; instructors are very informative and super nice; the far infrared heating makes the yoga room comfortably hot and I really love the good sweat after each class. They also provide mat, towels and have hot shower facility in the studio. I did a Hot-Vinyasa, a Hot-Yin, a Hot-26 and a Hot-Core class during my trip to KL this January and surely I will come back next time when I am in town.

Spent 2 weeks in KL and I've looked at all the Hot Yoga studios available. Life Hot Yoga is undoubtedly the best yoga studio you can find. The Staffs are friendly and genuine. Their classes are fun and more importantly their facilities are top notch. Everything they have there have the owners' personal touch. Even the art installation outside of their studio were done by them. Definitely worth a visit to immerse yourself in a genuine and relaxing space while surrounded yourself with art from all over the world.

Having spent nine months travelling around SE Asia and exercising, I was in need of a good hot yoga place.
Throughout Asia I found plenty of yoga studios but nowhere offering hot yoga, or the services were very limited, so I was delighted to come across Life Hot Yoga.
The customer experience was excellent right from the off, before arriving in Kuala Lumpur I messaged several yoga studios, Life Hot Yoga got back to me quickly and efficiently and gave me all of the info I needed.
I was amazed once I finally arrived at the studio – I regularly take yoga classes in the UK and I’ve been to lots of yoga places all over the world but Life Hot Yoga was on a different scale. It’s by far the cleanest studio I’ve visited, they offer free towels, which is a huge bonus, and the mats are of a very high quality. It can only be described as a yoga haven.
They offer a great variety of classes, I really enjoyed trying the different styles and hot yin is a must-try – I fell asleep it was so relaxing! Yoga should be fun and diverse, and that’s exactly what it is at Life Hot Yoga.
As I mentioned, the customer experience was brilliant, the staff went out of their way to help me, not only with calling taxis from their personal mobiles but also researching things for me to do while in KL.
I was beginning to feel very underwhelmed with the yoga classes I had found in the likes of Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia but Life Hot Yoga couldn’t have done anything better and I was so pleased to find it.
A must-do for anyone living in or travelling KL!
