Been here many times during hot day the view of Burau Bay simply breathtaking and refreshing. But this time it was raining and was foggy on top. Cant see a thing but while going up and down Burau Bay view is clearly visible. Sky bridge was close for safety due to rain. Never the less always a pleasant trip up the hill chose the glass bottom car.

The Niah Caves are, for those interested in anthropology, one of the wonders of Asia. It is also a stunning cave complex set in primary rainforest. After the gentle walk along a mostly wooden path the caves offer both a glimpse into human past - with remains dating back some 40,000 years - but also a fabulous experience of exploring sometimes completely dark cave tunnels with bats and swallows. Cave paintings, hollowed-out tree trunk coffins, mounds of guano and, of course, the huge cave entrances. There’s a short boat ride across the river then a 3km gentle jungle walk along a path which is and interesting in itself. The 2km walk through the caves can be slippery and a torch is essential, yet not to be missed. There are some fairly long sections of steps. The Visitor Centre is closed on Mondays (when we went) so I can’t comment on that. The Museum has been closed for renovation since late 2019 and given the absence of any workers/evidence of renovation it’ll be worth checking when it might re-open (this was a disappointment). The caves, though, are spectacular, and even for those afraid of the dark, etc, well worth the hour’s drive out of Miri and the enjoyable jungle stroll.

I was at a conference in Kuala Lumpur in March 2020 which used this service for daily tours, airport transfers and 2-3 day trips. I booked the KL City Tour, KL At Night/Culture Show and transfers to and from the airport. Because of COVID, I had to change my flights twice and Ms. Nadzliana was extremely accomodating at adjusting my transfers (both of which occurred between midnight and 6 AM - extra surcharge, but not significant). The City Tour was good - hit several interesting places. The evening tour/cultural show/buffet was not as impressive. Chinatown is primarily a knock off bazaar and the cultural show (dancing) was hokey. The stop at the temple and buffet were both good. I would recommend them as a booking agent - very happy to adjust to your needs.
