Having just moved here, we have been so impressed by the MRT... It is so clean, convenient, state of the art, cool and pleasant to use. The 'touch and go' system is superb. Love the public transport here.

I used this MRT service extensively during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. I stayed at multiple areas like bandar tun hussein onn, taman maluri and kota damansara. All these areas are connected by this metro service. The trains and the stations are very clean. The ride is very affordable as well as comfortable. It is not that crowded and there is also a MRT feeder bus service for last mile connectivity.

Tried this line for attending a course in KL. It will be a convenient transportation mode if the station is within short drive or walking distance to your house otherwise the travelling time could be longer than driving.

Regardless I am confident that MRT helped to reduce the number of cars on the road.

Parking is available at certain stations at RM4.30 a day if you use the same Touch n Go card for both parking and MRT ride.

This MRT line is new and nice, including the stations. The ride was smooth at affordable rate. Train was frequent and on time. There was clear and audible announcement of the next stop in both Bahasa Malaysia and English Language, for all the stations. Visible location of passed and next stations were shown on a panel above the door. The stations outside KL were spacious with comfortable seats. It is convenient to visit Kajang for Kajang satay food excursion. However, the speed and seat in the train were not as good when compared to KLIA Transit. Sitting sideway to traveling direction was not comfortable and risky to the backbones. It took around 1 hr from KL to Kajang, so must plan ahead of time. Nevertheless, a very good ride.

Whenever I need to take the MRT shuttle bas, I have to wait at least 30 minutes like literally most of the time plus under the hot sun as there’s no rooftop. Isn’t waste of time!!! Additionally some of the bus drivers’s attitude is so rude.

This line connects Kajang with Sungai Buloh with many stops along the way and many other lines like the Kelana Jaya LRT line. It is quite new. The stations are well signposted and easy to use. The line connects to KL Sentral which the main transport hub of Kuala Lumpur. It is very convenient. The trains are comfortable and punctual.

The convenience of the transport is there. The only draw back of it is that as an MRT where M being for mass the crowd control of the whole system is poor.
There are only 4/8 exit catering for the mass population trying to exit the station especially during peak hrs.
Secondly the busses should allow passengers to hop on while waiting for their departure rather then only opening their doors when it's departure time. Won't that actually affect the punctuality of the busses?
Rapid KL management should take alot into all these to make the whole system more efficient
It's more of an average rating for me as the efficiency of it is pretty poor.

I purchased a senior citizen card at a 50% discount and traveled by MRT to Kajang for a satay lunch . The train ride was comfortable and the view of the surrounding areas while in transit was wonderful since a lot of the track was elevated . The stations were clean and well maintained .
